Correction and Retraction Policy

Jurnal Pesastra is committed to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the scholarly record. A correction may be published when an article contains an error that affects its clarity, accuracy, or interpretation but does not invalidate the main findings. The correction notice will identify the article concerned, explain the nature of the correction, and be linked to the original article.

A retraction may be issued when an article is shown to contain unreliable findings as a result of major error or misconduct, plagiarism, redundant publication, unethical research, or another serious breach of publication ethics. The original article will remain accessible as part of the scholarly record and will be clearly marked as retracted. A retraction notice will state the reason for the retraction and will be linked to the original article.

Where concerns are serious but an investigation is incomplete or inconclusive, the journal may publish an expression of concern. All decisions will be made fairly, transparently, and in line with applicable publication-ethics guidance.
